CONFIRMED SPEAKERS

cristina-dias.xad937a81.webp

Dr. Cristina Dias

Co-discoverer of the Syndrome

Dias-Logan.

Medical geneticist and researcher specializing in rare genetic diseases of neurodevelopment.

She works in particular on disorders related to the BAF complex and the BCL11A gene, involved in certain rare intellectual disabilities, including Dias-Logan syndrome (BCL11A-IDD), which she helped to identify and better characterize.

Professor
Stefan Britsch

Professor of Medicine and researcher at the University of ULM (Germany), where he leads the Department of Molecular and Cellular Anatomy.

His work mainly focuses on neuroscience, particularly on transcription factors involved in brain function.

Christoph-Wiegreffe.webp

Dr. Christoph Wiegreffe

Neuroscience researcher, currently a postdoctoral fellow at ULM University (Germany) within the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Anatomy.

His research focuses on brain development and function, particulary through the study of transcription factors using mouse models.

These mechanisms are directly involved in conditions such as BCL11A-IDD (Dias-Logan syndrome)

Other stakeholders and professionals may also join this event.

This presence allows for the creation of a direct link between families and the medical and scientific world.

This meeting is much more
